Workout Fri 7-6-2012

Since I paln on going to the pool tomorrow, I didn’t want to over do it. I kept it light so that I could enjoy the water. Saturday is suppossed to be 99 degrees.

My workout consisted of

1 set of 6 pullups
1 set of 3 pullups
10 pushups on wall
20 second hang from pullup bar
5 second tuck front lever hold
10 second tuck front lever hold
10 wall pushups on knuckles
10 second warrior pose on each side
