WOD # 91

Today’s workouts were spread out throughout the course of the day. When I felt like doing something I did. Pretty much every exercise took 1 minute or less. I guess then I did 6 minutes of exercise, plus 20 minutes of walking.

10 reps/20# swings

5 squat thrusts

20 reps/30# swings

(20 sec work/10 sec rest)x 2 rounds of running in place

1 minute poses

(20 sec work/20 sec rest/20 sec work) of rifle jacks
