What’s the least amount of exercise I need to do?

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like working out for a long time. I get bored or my recovery takes a hit. That happened to me this week.
After following Les Mills Combat for two weeks, I ended up feeling really fatigued. I didn’t have the energy to really do much.

Les Mills Combat Initial Review

I first came across Les Mills Body Combat on YouTube and I can honestly say that I liked it from the start. It mixes different fighting styles, like boxing, karate, muay tai, taekwondo and capeoira, with upbeat music.

Why do you workout?

Is it strictly for aesthetic reasons? Do you only care about what you look like or is there more to it than that? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to be healthier and what is your definition of healthier? Only once you figure that out can you truly put together a program that will help you reach your goals.
