I was browsing Youtube the other day and came across this Jillian Michaels video. I thought I would share it because of her simple and great advice.
- If you have weight to lose; exercise. There is energy to burn, so we have to burn it.
- Don’t eat over 2000 calories
- Workout out for 30 minutes, 4 times a week.
