Rest Sunday 7-22-2012

I decided to go ahead and take another rest day and get ready for the new week. I plan on doing just 3 exercises every day from Monday to Friday.

I will also add in a long walk or bike ride in during the week. The 3 exercises will be push-ups, pull-ups and squat thrusts. The pull-ups will be done as 3×3 partial reps as an experiment. Push-ups will be done as 1 set of 15 reps and I will do 15 squat thrusts.

It’s a relatively quick workout, taking less than 10 minutes to do. Then next week I will go back to my regular mixed up schedule.
