It’s awesome tasting, especially in the summer. I find that the redder the color, the sweeter it is. I guess its like berries, The darker the berry the sweeter the juice. Some people have said that to help you eat less, drink a glass of water before you eat. Personally that has never worked for me, and I don’t enjoy doing it. Like i’ve said many times before if you don’t like doing something you won’t do it.
What I’ve noticed, by accident, is that if you eat a good slice of watermelon the beginning of your meal, you will get full really fast. All that fiber and water content in it will make you feel like you need to force yourself to eat everything on your plate. Give it a try and let me know if you feel the same way.
