2.5kg barbell

Since I haven’t been able to get my deadlift workout in, I needed to do them. I also decided to do barbell clean & presses.

Here’s Friday’s workout.

BB C&P

1 set x 3 reps (43#)
1 set x 3 reps (53#)
1 set x 3 reps (63#)
1 set x 3 reps (73#)
1 set x 3 reps (73#)

 

BB Deadlift

1 set x 3reps (83#)
On the 3rd rep I held the deadlift at the top for 30seconds, for grip.
