Continuing on this week, I did the same quick workout of pull-ups, push-ups and squat thrusts. I had to force myself not to do any more exercise today, as the workout felt even easier and faster today than it did yesterday.
Since I am trying to take it easy this week, before adding in more cardio next week,I added in a yoga session. I ended up doing Yoga Undressed: Beginners.
I don’t normally do yoga so It was definitely an experience for me. I am not that flexible and will need to work on it more. I will be writing a review on the DVD this week.
