Thursday will be a strength day. The workout of the day will consist of BB C&P, Deadlifts and AB leg lifts. Each exercise will also have a static hold component. I will post my working weights and you can adjust it to yours.
20³: Squat thrust once during the day
Barbell Clean & Press

On the last rep of the last set hold the overhead position of the press for 10 seconds.
Deadlift
1 set x 3 reps 83#
On the last rep hold the top position of the deadlift for 30 seconds.
Ab leg lifts (on floor)
Before doing the leg lifts–Perform either an L-sit or hold your feet 6 inches off the floor, for 10 seconds.
