WOD # 80

Today’s workout was a mixture of bodyweight work and shovelglove. The bodyweight work is done for the first and third circuit, done tabata style (20sec/10sec x 8).

The shovelglove work is done as the second circuit and for 4 minutes. I did whatever movements popped into my head. I did each side for 5 reps until the clock ran out.

1st Circuit

Side steps
Push-ups
Squats
Seal Bends
Windshield wipers
Flutter Kicks
Bridges
Low front kicks (alternating sides)

2nd circuit

4 minutes of Shovelglove

3rd Circuit

Box step (start on right foot)
Box step (start on left foot)
Knee ups
Low side kicks
Alternating punches
Ab Bicycles
Balance on left foot
Balance on right foot
