Warrior workout Monday 7-16-2012

Since I did push-ups and pull-ups yesterday I figured I would give that a break today. Instead I opted to do the warrior style workout again.  I enjoyed this workout again today and was covered in sweat when I finished it. I also added 2 quick sandbag movements to finish it off.


10 minutes of shovelgove
10 minutes of BO staff and sword movements
3 reps per leg with 20# sandbag on shoulder of kneel and stands
5 reps C&P with a 30# seabag I have from my Navy days
