workout of the day

Wednesday’s workout of the day will consist of shovel glove and shadow boxing. The shadow boxing can consist of punches, kicks, knees or any martial art moves you like.

Shovel glove

10 minutes (your choice of moves)

Shadow Boxing

3 minute round
Rest 1 minute
Repeat 1-2 more times

If you need a finisher do 15 squat thrusts
