After swimming for so long on Monday my body felt too tired to do any serious work. So I just did a sporadic workout here and there throughout the day.
I did 10 wall push-ups
10 second warrior pose on each leg
Shovelglove exercises for about 5 minutes
When I say sporadic, I mean I didn’t do all the exercises back to back. I did push ups and then maybe 2 hours later did the warrior poses on the way to the kitchen. And then finally did the shovel glove exercises around 8pm.
I should feel better rested by tomorrow and able to get in my clean and press, and my deadlifts.
