Thurday’s workout of the day will be three body-weight exercises. They will be the chin-up, push-up and lying leg raises. They will be performed in ladder format and in a circuit.
Perform each exercise right after the other with no break. Begin with the first rep scheme. When all 3 exercises are done, rest 1 minute and then start again with the first exercise and the next rep scheme.
For example
Do 1 rep for chin-ups, then do 2 push-ups, then do 3 leg raises. Rest one minute and then start the chin-ups at 2, then 4 push-ups, and then 6 leg raises. Continue on that way until all rep schemes are done.
Chin-ups 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3
Push-ups 2, 4, 6, 2, 4, 6, 2, 4, 6
Lying leg raise 3, 6, 9, 3, 6, 9, 3, 6, 9
When done run 1 mile or 8 minutes, whichever is less. Feel free to run in place for 8 minutes, I do sometimes. Try to keep a cadence of 90 BPM.
