soldier pullup

Today was a light day. I wanted to rest up because I want to hit the pool tomorrow and get some laps in. I only did partial reps and a 1 arm hang on theĀ  pull up bar. I’m working a lot on pulling strength because that seems to be a weak link for me.

6 partial pullups x 2 sets (from bottom to less than half way)
1 arm hang (6 seconds each arm with feet on floor)

I’m trying to build that one arm strength in order to be able to do the monkey bars. Stay tuned for my post on my partial rep experiment. I haven’t completely worked out the details yet.
