fse fitness workout of the daySaturday’s workout of the day will be kettlebells. If you don’t have kettlebells, you can still use a dumbbell in it’s place.

5  One arm swings
5  One arm Snatches
5  One arm Clean & Press

Perform the exercise on both arms before switching to the next exercise.

Rest 1 minute after all exercises have been completed and then repeat for 2 more rounds.
