Today is a push/pull workout consisting mainly of Clean & Presses and Deadlifts.

Warm-up

Shoulder rotations
10 Body Weight squats
10 Finger push-ups on wall
10 Bend at hips

C&P

1×5 DB warm up (20#)
1×5 DB warm up (25#)
1×5 BB work set (63#)
1×5 BB work set (63#)
1×5 BB work set (63#)

Barbell Deadlifts

1×5 (75#)

Tabata Intervals (20sec/10sec= 4 minutes)

Imaginary Rope Jumps x 5 rounds
Spreed Skaters       x 3 rounds
