WOD: BB Deadlift, Clean & Press, and I also somehow ended up doing 30 minutes of dance cleaning. I ended up dancing the whole time I was cleaning my house. It felt great and I got some exercise in with my tidying up.

The Dumbell Clean and Press

As you may or may not know, I am a big fan of the Clean and Press. While I mainly do Barbell C&P, I also mix in some dumbbell and Kettlebell work. Here’s an article I read that talks about the dumbbell Clean and Press.

WOD: After swimming for a long time, my muscle usually feel tired for a few days. Today is mainly a rest day, but I did some light bodyweight work to get the blood flowing.
