WOD Weekly Log 12-2-2012

This week I included a daily minimum amount of exercise. That means everyday, 5 days a week, I will at a minimum do those exercises. Those 5 days will be wed-sun. Monday will be my swim day and Tues will either be a rest day or a very light exercise day.
