WOD: Weekly Log 11-18-2012

For anyone thinking about what type of pull-up bar you should get, I would like to recommend The Perfect Pull-up Bar. I’ve had it for a few years and really like it. I did notice that the version I have is the older style. On Perfects site the newer style looks different.

In my humble opinion the best cardio to do, for time or distance, are the ones we would need to do in the real world. I choose biking, rowing, walking and swimming.
If you’re wondering how much exercise you should do, the consensus is 30 minutes of moderate activity 5 days per week. This is a general guide line to have basic health and fitness. And the 30 minutes can be spread out across the day.
The next two days will be rest days. Also, from now on I will be posting a weekly WOD summary. The summary will contain my entire weekly workout. I feel this will be an easier method of keeping track of what was done for the week.
It will also cut down on some of the emails sent out regarding blog updates. I understand that getting an email every single day can become bothersome and I don’t want that to occur.
