fse fitness workout of the day

Thurdays workout will be bodyweight strength exercises. We start off with Pull-ups, then we will move on to Push-ups. After that we will finsh off with a tiny bit of endurance work.

Pull-ups

1 set x 3 reps standing rows
1 set x 3 reps Australian pull-ups
1 set x 3 reps Bottom half pull-ups
1 set x 3 reps assisted Band pullups
1 set x 3 reps Full pull-ups

Push-ups

1 set x 3 reps Push-ups on wall: on finger tips
1 set x 3 reps Push-ups on knees
1 set x 3 reps Regular push-ups
1 set x 3 reps Closer grip push-ups
1 set x 3 reps Even closer push-ups

Endurance work

25 Squat thrusts
30 Jumping jacks
