Friday’s workout of the day will be Light Cardio Interval Training (LCIT). Set your interval timers for 30 seconds of work, no rest and 6 rounds. If your timer won’t let you set -no rest- then just put 1 second for the rest time.
Since the intensity will be light, You won’t need too much rest. Another option is to rest during your work time. Let’s say you are jumping rope. After 15 seconds you feel it’s too much, stop and march in place until you catch your breath. If there’s time remaining, start doing jumping again.
Remember, this is Light Cardio. Don’t huff and puff. Keep the exercises easy.
