The next two days will be rest days. Also, from now on I will be posting a weekly WOD summary. The summary will contain my entire weekly workout. I feel this will be an easier method of keeping track of what was done for the week.
It will also cut down on some of the emails sent out regarding blog updates. I understand that getting an email every single day can become bothersome and I don’t want that to occur.

WOD: BB Deadlift, Clean & Press, and I also somehow ended up doing 30 minutes of dance cleaning. I ended up dancing the whole time I was cleaning my house. It felt great and I got some exercise in with my tidying up.
As you may or may not know, I am a big fan of the Clean and Press. While I mainly do Barbell C&P, I also mix in some dumbbell and Kettlebell work. Here’s an article I read that talks about the dumbbell Clean and Press.
