Every now and then I will throw in a kettlebell workout to keep me from getting bored. I forgot how much I enjoy kettlebells. I did this KB workout with my 20# KB.
KB Workout
5 one arm swings
5 Clean and Press
5 Hi-Pulls
5 Snatch
Switch arms and do other side
Rest enough to catch your breath
Repeat 3 times
