Wakeup: Body rotations
After yesterdays workout my body felt a bit tired so I did a nice bodyweight workout for 2 rounds
5 squats
5 side lunges each side
5 pushups
5 windshield wipers each side
5 (3 count) flutter kicks
5 seal bends
rest 1 minute and repeat
This wasn’t too much and I felt more refreshed when I was done.
