WOD # 89 Sunday

Just a quick squat thrusts endurance workout today. I did one tabata circuit. That’s 20 sec work/ 10 sec rest x 8. Total of 4 minutes.

Today I felt like I needed a slight change in protocol. So I did a blend of different things to get the blood pumping. It still only took me about 20 minutes to do and I felt energized afterwards.

WOD # 86

Today’s workout is Dead-lifts and Squat thrusts. I did the exercises about 3 hours apart. That allows the body to recover from the weights and then be ready for some endurance work.

Today I will keep it light and just walk 2 miles.

WOD # 81

Body weight exercises, tabata style (20 sec/10 sec), 2 cycles.

Jumping jacks
Run in place
Pushups
Squats
Lying leg lifts
Alternating Front lunges
Side bends
Alternating punches

REPEAT

 

WOD # 80

Today’s workout was a mixture of bodyweight work and shovelglove. The bodyweight work is done for the first and third circuit, done tabata style (20sec/10sec x 8).
