
Sunday’s workout of the day will be 1 hour of yoga. I follow along with the Yoga Undressed DVD. While I find most yoga DVDs kind of boring, this one was able to keep my attention.

Saturday’s workout of the day will be a body weight strength workout and run 1 mile. The strength workout will consist of 5 sets x 3 reps for each exercise.

Besides 1 minute Squat Thrusts, today will be a rest day. Don’t do any type of exercise todayand relax.

Thursday will be a strength day. The workout of the day will consist of BB C&P, Deadlifts and AB leg lifts. Each exercise will also have a static hold component. I will post my working weights and you can adjust it to yours.
20³: Squat thrust once during the day

Wednesday’s workout of the day will consist of shovel glove and shadow boxing. The shadow boxing can consist of punches, kicks, knees or any martial art moves you like.

Tuesday’s workout of the day will focus on muscular endurance. When doing the push-ups and pull-ups, do the total amount of reps in one set. Don’t go to failure. If you feel that you might not make the next rep, pause at the top position for a few seconds and then keep going.

Monday’s workout of the day is to either swim 30 minutes, bike for 30 min-1 hour, run 1 mile or simply to rest.
When you have a free minute during the day also perform 15 squat thrusts.

Continuing on this week, I did the same quick workout of pull-ups, push-ups and squat thrusts. I had to force myself not to do any more exercise today, as the workout felt even easier and faster today than it did yesterday.

This week I am going to do the same workout from Mon-Fri. I knew the workout would be quick, but I forget how much squat thrusts can work you. Here’s the break down…

I decided to go ahead and take another rest day and get ready for the new week. I plan on doing just 3 exercises every day from Monday to Friday.
