WOD: Rest

I also did 1 set of 70 swings, just to get something in on the rest day. I had energy and felt like I had to do something.

WOD #106

WOD: Swim day

Today was a swimming day. I swam for 1 hour using the combat side stroke. I also practiced freestyle for a bit.

I still have trouble getting the breathing timed correctly on freestyle, yet I can swim the CSS for 10 laps without a problem.

That’s just another reason why I think freestyle should be one of the last strokes learned.
